Let’s look quickly look at the dictionary meaning of these two words.

ACTION: A thing done. Synonyms: deed, act, feat, exploit, doing etc.

THOUGHT:  The action or process of thinking. An idea.

Everything external is a function of the internal. Every exploit you make in life is a function of your thought. This brings to our consciousness that every action, exploit, act of men metamorphosized from the inside to the outside.
